Packaging
As part of Two Temple Place’s commitment to sustainability, we will ship orders in reused or repurposed packaging wherever possible.
Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any item you’ve bought from us, please contact our customer service team by email: shop@twotempleplace.org within 28 days of receipt.
Items that are defective or that have been damaged in transit can be returned for a refund or exchange free of charge. ‘Unwanted’ items may incur a return carriage charge.
Any item returned for either an exchange or refund must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please note, items that are damaged during the return journey may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges and refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
